'احمد توكلی' منتخب مردم تهران در مجلس نهم با استناد به ماده 23 آیین نامه داخلی مجلس در تذكری گفت: اگر نماینده مباركه (علی ایران پور) اعتراضی دارد، باید اعتراض خود را به اعتبار نامه من انجام دهد نه اینكه به اعتبارنامه های تمام منتخبان تهران اعتراض كند.

وی ادامه داد: با این اقدام، نمایندگان تهران نمی توانند برای عضویت در هیات رییسه دائم شركت كنند و حقشان ضایع می شود.

مهدی كوچك زاده منتخب تهران نیز در تذكری آیین نامه ای با استناد به ماده 23 آیین نامه داخلی مجلس گفت: اینجا مجلس شورای اسلامی است و چنانچه برخورد مناسبی با برخوردهای واكنشی صورت نگیرد، در این دوره نمایندگی با یك گروگان گیری در مجلس روبه رو خواهیم شد كه اگر نماینده ای حرفی زد، نماینده دیگر اقدامی مشابه را صورت دهد.

وی افزود: اصل كار اقدام نادرستی است و در این رابطه به فرد مورد نظر نیز گفته شده است ولی اگر شعبه زودتر نظر می داد شاید چنین اتفاقی صورت نمی گرفت.

'اسماعیل كوثری' منتخب تهران نیز در تذكر مواد 13، 23 و 74 آیین نامه داخلی مجلس شورای اسلامی گفت: در چند روز گذشته كه اعتبارنامه خود را پیگیری می كردم، موردی را پیدا نكردم و تنها یك اعتراض كلی بر روی اعتبارنامه منتخبان تهران صورت گرفته است.

وی افزود: این موضوعی نیست كه منطقی و مستدل باشد، این یك كار حساب شده بوده و طبق روال عادی صورت نگرفته است و باید از این اقدامات جلوگیری كرد.

لاریجانی خطاب به كوثری گفت: پیشنهاد شما چیست؟
